Ookal geloof ik Geert en Joop; de hele wereld staat dik in de plus.
Mochten ze gelijk krijgen, dan gaan lieden hard vallen.
Ik zit steeds met die opleving na de grote recesie in me hoogd, waarna nog een shake out plaats vindt na een stijging na de eerste dip.
Trouwens, me stiefvader ze opa was toendertijd ook uit het raam gesprongen, maar alleen, omdat hij geen aandelen had en in een benedenhuis woonde. |

da`s bij vragen, nee smeken, om een deceptie, but whats in a name.
Alhoewel, kijk ik naar me eigen naam, dan zou ik niet te veel op die Waterlander bouwen, anders zijn de waterlanders gegrandeerd(gewoon slap geouweNeel hoor).moet ik bij zeggen, dat aandelen Neel niet verkeerd was, maar dat is 40 jaar geleden, ruim he!. |

Willem, komt weer scherp uit de hoek.
Stiekem volg ik zijn escapades opstand, sinds ik een artkel van hem las over het instorten van de dollar.
Soms moet je even geduld hebben, maar hij heeft wel een sootemet zicht op de situatie.
Zelfs Sri Lanka heeft een klompje gekocht.
1 ding is wel sneaky aan goud, je kan het niet eten en houdt je niet warm.

Lees ik net, dat een anonieme bron bij 1 of andere instantie zegt; dat de olievoorraden op hun laatste benen lopen.
Roepen ze al tigtigjaar, maar op gaat het zeker.
Is dit een slimme speculant, of moeten we nu aandelen Shell kopen, of BP?.
Hun hadden wat bij Mexico ontdekt, dat ligt redelijk veilig, maar ja als een militaire basis al geinfiltreerd kan worden. |

AEX fors hoger op rustige dag, ook beurzen VS sluiten in de plus

De AEX-index is de nieuwe handelsweek optimistisch van start gegaan. Ook op de overige Europese beurzen waren beleggers goed geluimd, net als in de VS.

Nog niet gekeken Geert, op de link, maar bedankt.
Los van alles, gisteren wel even; Rienk bekeken.
Kreeg gisteren nog een belletje of ik grond wilde kopen(ik ben een arme sloeber, maar ik had info aangevraagd)vrijdag bellen ze terug.
Begon die gozer me kont te kussen toen ik hem vertelde over Geert Schaij die vrij positief was, viel ie een beetje stil, toen ik Rienk ze gedachten gang ter berde bracht.
Hij zei;Ü weet er wel veel van",Hij zou eens moeten weten; dat ik duhbyl ben, maar me joodse achternaam wil nog wel eens verwarring zaaien.
Weetje wat ik ga vragen?, of ze ook grond in Bonaire verkopen, want dat wordt straks; zonnig Nederlands grondgebied.
Eurlings, investeerd nu ook daar.
Geeft me een; ratten verlaten het zinkende schip gevoel;Meneer Kamp maakt daar nu kwartier, volgens mij; niet zonder reden, maar zie me naam.
Lijkt me wel aangenaam toeven, daar.
Volgens mij gaat de grond prijs op dat eiland per 2010 stijgen, trouwens; ik weet het wel zeker.
Niet verkeerd, hoor met Cannabis Sativa Hollandica, houdt pappy het daar wel uit.
Was ik niet zo`n plebejer, dan was ik al verkast, om in Botanische termen te blijven. |

Pure manipulatie, hartstikke illegaal, en krankzinnig dat geen journalist op dit verhaal duikt. Geeft wel aan hoe groot het complot is. Hoe de media en de overheid twee (vier) handen op één buik zijn. Ik kan mij nog herinneren dat de top van McGregor voor de rechter moest verschijnen wegens het manipuleren van de eigen beurskoers. Door McGregor aandelen op te kopen dus. Nu wordt dat alom gedaan, en geen haan die ernaar kraait. Onvoorstelbaar! Crimineel is het. |

Grappig; Spyker doet een bod op Saab.
Het is net of je met je fiets die twee lekke banden heeft aanbiedt de Cherokee jeep van je buurman naar de garage te slepen.
Het hele Spyker concept ligt volgens mij op ze gat, nu de wereld economie er niet meer zo florissant voor staat.
Ik meende dat rappers nog wel eens een Spykertje voor de heb, aankochten, maar echt storm liep het niet met die wagentjes.
Trouwens, zoveel rolden er toch niet van de plank.
En dan zouden ze Saab wel rendabel kunnen maken?.
Toen het 'goed' ging, verkochten ze er 8 terwijl ze er 24 moesten verkopen om rendabel te zijn, ofzo.
Tot op heden heben ze volgens mij zelfs het breakeven punt nooit behaald en dan zouden ze saab willen overnemen en produceren.
Stuurt me stiefbroer die hele santekraam aan ofzo?, want anders vat ik het niet.

Stiekem denk ik steeds aan de big beurs-crash, die feitelijk pas volgde toen iedereen weer was ingestapt, die tweede klap deed velen de das om. |

| Geen dipje, Duhbyl. De beurs gaat naar 150. De tweede crisis komt eraan. En die is een stuk erger. Maakten we ons eerst druk om de banken, dit keer zijn de balansen van de landen aan de beurt. Als dit fout gaat, kan de EU ernstige klappen oplopen en de euro zal het vertrouwen kwijtraken. |

Griekse financiële crisis ernstige bedreiging voor Europese Unie
Meeste Duitsers willen Griekenland uit de Eurozone gooien
Slechts weinigen beseffen dat de financiële crisis in Griekenland mogelijk al op zéér korte termijn -volgens sommige ingewijden slechts enkele maanden- een ernstige bedreiging vormt voor de stabiliteit en zelfs het voortbestaan van de Europese Unie. 'Rome staat in brand,' aldus goudspecialist Jim Sinclair (1). 'En daarna de hele Westerse wereld.' Net als veel andere analysten en economen verwacht hij dat na Griekenland ook Spanje, Italië, Ierland en Portugal zullen bezwijken onder hun enorme schuldenlast, wat de EU uit elkaar kan doen scheuren, waardoor ook de stabielere Europese landen meegesleurd zullen worden. Dat zal de laatste druppel zijn voor Groot Brittannë en de Verenigde Staten, die vervolgens eveneens zullen omvallen.
Tegenstanders van het Europese stabiliteitspact lijken gelijk te gaan krijgen. Steeds meer officials betuigen openlijk hun spijt dat het door-en-door corrupte Griekenland ooit is opgenomen in de Europese Monetaire Unie. Volgens sommigen had Griekenland zelfs nooit tot de EU moeten worden toegelaten en was het Griekse lidmaatschap in 1981 een puur politieke -en achteraf erg domme- beslissing. Sindsdien zijn er vele tientallen Europese belastingmiljarden in Griekenland gestopt, echter zonder dat de opeenvolgende regeringen ook maar één moment hun begrotingen op orde brachten of ervoor zorgden dat de Europese gelden niet ten prooi vielen aan de welig tierende corruptie, niet in het minst bij de overheid zélf. Zo heeft het Europese statistiekbureau Eurostat gekonstateerd, dat de Grieken doelbewust valse cijfers over hun tekorten en schulden hebben opgegeven, en dat ze nooit zouden zijn toegelaten als ze hun wérkelijke huishoudboekje hadden laten zien.(2)
Was Griekenland al het blok aan het Europese been, nu dreigt het land er zelfs voor te zorgen dat de hele EU uit elkaar spat. Volgens onder andere Jim Sinclair is er namelijk een heuse financiële Blitzkrieg ontstaan tegen de Europese landen met een naar verhouding veel te hoge schuldenlast. 'En net zoals men destijds weigerde te erkennen of in te zien wat de opkomst van Hitler betekende, negeren velen dat de georganiseerde en strategische aanval op Griekenland een voorbode is voor een aanval op Spanje, Italië, Ierland en Portugal - en daarna de grotere landen.'
'De VS is (na de EU en Groot Brittannië) nummer drie in de lijst met landen met een veel te hoge schuldenlast, en zal door de zich steeds verder verrijkende speculanten middels de OTC (over-the-counter) derivatenmarkt (Credit Default Swaps) aangevallen worden,' aldus Jim Sinclair. Aan de overkant van de oceaan verkeren een groot aantal Amerikaanse staten, waaronder economisch gigant Californië, zich namelijk in een financieel nóg slechtere toestand dan Griekenland, reden waarom de Credit Suisse bank de VS inmiddels op de 16e plaats van landen heeft geplaatst die het risico lopen om failliet te gaan - hoger dan landen zoals Indonesië (20) en Kazachstan (19). Velen weigeren te geloven dat het ooit zover zal komen, en denken dat de EU Griekenland uiteindelijk wel te hulp zal schieten. Dit is echter maar zeer de vraag. Ten eerste is er in Duitsland, het machtigste EU-land, veel verzet tegen een mogelijke 'bailout' van Griekenland. 'Waarom kunnen onze eigen werklozen niet meer geld krijgen maar kunnen de Grieken wel al met hun 63e met pensioen?' vroeg Michel Fuchs van de regeringspartij CDU zich af. Ook coalitiegenoot FDP ziet niets in het financieel te hulp komen van de geldverkwistende Grieken. Uit een peiling van de populaire volkskrant Bild am Sonntag blijkt dat 53% van de Duitsers Griekenland de komende maanden desnoods uit de Eurozone wil gooien, en dat 2/3 fel tegen het storten van Duits belastinggeld in de Griekse bodemloze put is.(4)
Ten tweede zou zelfs een uiterst kostbare financiële bailout van Griekenland door de rest van de EU de onvermijdelijke fiscale ineenstorting alleen maar uitstellen. De Europese politici moeten echter snel beslissen welke van de twee kwaden ze gaan kiezen. Sommige analisten schrijven namelijk in Der Spiegel dat Griekenland al over twee maanden zonder geld zal komen te zitten. 'Ze zijn verdoemd als ze Griekenland helpen, en nog sneller verdoemd als ze het niet doen,' geeft Sinclair als commentaar. 'Geen bailout van Griekenland zorgt ervoor dat alle zwakkere Eurolanden één voor één zullen omvallen, omdat het vertrouwen in de Euro weg zal zijn. Wél een bailout zal een Weimar-achtige (hyper)inflatie tot gevolg hebben.'
Een bailout van Griekenland zal de rest van de EU namelijk verplichten om ook de andere zwakkere landen uit te kopen. De ongelooflijke hoeveelheden geld die hiervoor nodig zijn moeten érgens vandaan komen - van de burgers van de overige EU-landen dus, die hiervoor zullen moeten gaan betalen middels torenhoge belastingen en inflatie, omdat net als in de VS ook in Europa de geldpersen overuren zullen moeten draaien. Het IMF lijkt dit inmiddels te beseffen, en heeft de Centrale Banken al geadviseerd rekening te houden met een hogere inflatie van 4% in plaats van 2% (5). Dat zal echter slechts het begin zijn.
Steeds meer internationale beleggers beseffen dat de Griekse crisis, hoe deze ook aangepakt zal worden, de stabiliteit van de Euro en de EU ernstig ondermijnd heeft. Economisch analist Vincent Fernando schrijft dat de Europese Crisis wel eens het begin zou kunnen zijn van een wereldwijde ineenstorting en een nieuwe fase in de wereldwijde Depressie zal inluiden.(6)
'Dit is de meest schokkende tijd in de geschiedenis van papiergeld,' concludeert Jim Sinclair op zijn website. 'Dit is de eindfase van het wisselkoersensysteem zoals wij dat kennen, en dat allemaal met voorbedachte rade gepland door de duistere machten achter de schermen.'
In het recent uitgebrachte boek 'This Time Is Different' ('Deze keer is het anders') laten twee economen zien, dat dit beslist geen doemdenkerij is, zoals velen die denken dat de crisis inmiddel voorbij is, beweren (7). Sinds de 14e eeuw zijn er wereldwijd 8 grote financiële crises geweest in zowel Europa, Azië, Zuid Amerika en de VS. Zonder uitzondering dacht de meerderheid van de mensen dat een grote schuldenlast niet uitmaakte en dat 'alles wel weer goed zou komen'. Volgens de auteurs van het boek leidde een dergelijke 'arrogante en onwetende' houding ALTIJD tot een financiële hel, ongeacht het land en ongeacht het tijdperk, en zal het deze keer niet anders gaan.

Freddie Mac Losses Mount, Warns of Foreclosures
WASHINGTON (AP) — Freddie Mac lost almost $26 billion last year, ominous news for taxpayers who are footing the bill to rescue the mortgage finance company and its sibling Fannie Mae.
Freddie Mac, which has lost a total of almost $80 billion since the housing crisis started in 2007, is bracing for more pain. The McLean, Va.-based company said a record 4 percent of its borrowers are at least three months behind on their payments and facing foreclosure.
Its chief executive, Charles Haldeman, warned Wednesday of a “potential large wave of foreclosures? still to come.
This is a major problem for the federal government, which seized control of Freddie and Fannie in September 2008. The two companies have already siphoned $111 billion from the government to stay afloat. That number is expected to hit $188 billion by fall 2011.
And while Freddie Mac didn’t ask for any more bailout money last quarter, the company said it will likely need more financial aid and might never repay it.
“We now have unlimited taxpayer exposure to the bailout of Fannie and Freddie, a bailout nation where the big get bigger, the small get smaller and the taxpayer gets poorer,? Rep. Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, said at a House hearing Wednesday.
Fannie and Freddie dominate the mortgage market, backing about 70 percent of the loans made last year. The two companies purchase mortgages from lenders and package them into securities. Investors are willing to buy the securities because they are effectively guaranteed by the U.S. government. That puts American taxpayers at risk.
But the fragile housing sector is so dependent on the government that officials say they won’t have a detailed exit strategy until next year. Underscoring the market’s weakness, the Commerce Department said Wednesday that sales of new homes unexpectedly plunged 11 percent from December to January to the lowest level on record.
Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told lawmakers Wednesday that the Obama administration will “make sure we bring about fundamental change in the housing market and get ourselves in a position where the government is playing a less risky, but more constructive role in supporting housing markets in the future.?
Separately, Freddie Mac warned there is “significant uncertainty as to whether or when we will emerge? from government control.
For taxpayers, stabilizing Freddie and Fannie Mae has been one of the costliest consequences of the financial meltdown. Freddie Mac has received about $51 billion from Treasury to date, and the Obama administration has pledged to cover unlimited losses through 2012.
Freddie Mac said Wednesday it lost $25.7 billion, or $7.89 a share, for all of 2009. Of those losses, $4.1 billion went to dividends paid to the Treasury Department, which holds a nearly 80 percent stake in the company.
In the final three months of last year, Freddie Mac posted a loss of $7.8 billion, or $2.39 a share. The results, however, were a marked improvement over the fourth quarter 2008 when Freddie lost $23.9 billion, or $7.37 a share.
During the most recent quarter, Freddie suffered $7.1 billion in credit losses and a $3.4 billion write-down in low income tax credit investments. Also Wednesday Fannie Mae said in a regulatory filing that it plans to take a $5 billion charge when it reports its fourth quarter results later this week.

US Senator Warns of ‘Financial Meltdown’ Risk
The US is heading for a debt-driven “financial meltdown? within five to seven years, according to Judd Gregg, the outgoing Republican senator for New Hampshire.
In a robust and at times testy video interview for the Financial Times’s View from DC series, Mr Gregg also complimented China for showing rising alarm about the US’s mounting levels of public debt.
“We have had China say that they are looking for other places to put their reserves and that is probably a smart decision on their part,? said Mr Gregg, who will not seek re-election in November. “So the warning signs are pretty clear and the path is unsustainable and, at this point, unless we take different actions, unavoidable.?
But the senator, who was the most high-profile Republican invited by Barack Obama, the president, to join his administration last year, an offer Mr Gregg accepted and then turned down, said he doubted that the two parties would get together to tackle it.
Last month 16 Republicans and 37 Democrats voted to establish a fiscal commission — seven votes short of what was needed to prevent a filibuster.
Mr Gregg also played down prospects for the non-statutory fiscal commission that Mr Obama set up by executive order last week. “It was just an edict that came from a Democratic president,? he said, adding, that “it’s the only game in town right now?.
Mr Gregg also disputed non-partisan economic studies that showed last year’s $787bn (€585bn, £520bn) stimulus cushioned the impact of the recession. “The facts are wrong,? he said. “I can understand how a Keynesian would make that argument. I find them absurd on their face.?
Mr Gregg also disputed studies that showed the large tax cuts pushed through by George W. Bush, then president, in 2001 and 2003 had added to the US fiscal deficit.
“They were actually paying for themselves,? he said. “If you look at the numbers, they did.?
Mr Gregg also elaborated on why he changed his mind last January on accepting a post in Mr Obama’s cabinet.
“The euphoria of the time made me want to try to help,? he said. “But the practical reality of the situation settled in after a couple of weeks. It would be hard for a hardline fiscal conservative to serve in this administration.?
Mr Gregg declined to criticise the “Tea Party Movement?, which commentators believe is dragging the Republican party to the right. He said the “real opposition? to the fiscal commission came from the Wall Street Journal’s editorial page and Grover Norquist’s Americans for Tax Reform group, an anti-tax advocacy group.

A secretive group of Wall Street hedge fund bosses are said to be behind a plot to cash in on the decline of the euro.
Representatives of George Soros's investment business were among an all-star line up of Wall Street investors at an 'ideas dinner' at a private townhouse in Manhattan, according to reports.
A spokesman for Soros Fund Management said the legendary investor did not attend the dinner on February 8, but did not deny that his firm was represented.
At the dinner, the speculators are said to have argued that the euro is likely to plunge in value to parity with the dollar.
The single currency has been under enormous pressure because of Greece's debt crisis, plus financial worries in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Ireland.
But, it has also struggled because hedge funds have been placing huge bets on the currency's decline, which could make the speculators hundreds of millions of pounds.
The euro traded at $1.51 in December, but has since fallen to $1.34. Details of the secretive dinner emerged days after Mr Soros, chairman of Soros
Fund Management, warned in a newspaper article that the euro could 'fall apart' even if the European Union can agree a deal to shore up support for stricken Greece.

Mr Soros, who made more than $1billion by currency speculation when the pound was ejected from the Exchange Rate Mechanism on Black Wednesday in 1992, believes the structure of the euro is 'patently flawed'.

He said: 'Makeshift assistance should be enough for Greece, but that leaves Spain, Italy, Portugal and Ireland.
'Together they constitute too large a portion of euroland to be helped in this way.'
He believes that unless the European Commission is given sweeping powers over taxation and spending, the single currency will always be vulnerable to financial turbulence in individual states.
'If member countries cannot take the next steps forward, the euro may fall apart,' he added.
Last night, Greek prime minister George Papandreou hit back at the 'speculators' who he blames for preying on the country's troubles.
Following a visit by EU economic inspectors and experts from the International Monetary Fund, he told the country's parliament that the worst fears about Greece's economy had been confirmed.
Greece is desperate to restore the confidence of investors in its debt after revealing that the previous government understated its budget deficit by half.
Outlining the precarious nature of Greece's finances, Mr Papandreou said: 'There is only one dilemma: Will we let the country go bankrupt or will we react?
'Will we let the speculators strangle us, or will we take our fate in our own hands?'
The Greek leader also called for more help from the EU with its debt crisis. Until now, the EU has offered political support but no bailout.

A Greek consumer group called for a boycott of German goods today after a German magazine blasted the country as 'cheats.
The new trade war came as Angela Merkel admitted the euro is in 'a difficult situation' for the first time.
She spoke as German magazine Focus ran a cover image of the armless Venus de Milo somehow raising her middle finger under the headline 'Cheats in the euro family' to suggest that Greece deliberately misled EU peers to swindle its way into the euro.
The cover sparked outrage in Greece, prompting the demands for a boycott. A Greek newspaper has also hit back, running an image showing the statue of the goddess Victoria atop the Siegessaeule in Berlin holding a swastika.
'The falsification of a statue of Greek history, beauty and civilisation, from a time when there (in Germany) they were eating bananas on trees is impermissible and unforgivable,' a statement from the Consumer Institute (INKA) said.
'Greeks are no crooks, we want the German government to condemn this most improper publication,' said INKA president George Lakouritis.
'If you have such friends, what do you need enemies for?'
INKA distributed leaflets in central Athens and in front of German-owned consumer electronics store Media Markt, urging Greeks to heed the boycott.
Merkel's government has so far deflected appeals to promise aid to heavily indebted Greece. Opinion polls show that a majority of Germans oppose a bailout.
Germany's ambassador to Greece, Wolfgang Schultheiss, said yesterday he regretted that German press reports caused offence. 'Germany is firmly on Greece's side,' Schultheiss said after being summoned by Greece's parliament speaker Filippos Petsalnikos.
But it wasn't enough for Mr Lakouritis. 'The ambassador's statements were not satisfactory,' he said.
Yesterday Mrs Merkel admitted that Greece's debt crisis has plunged the euro into a ‘difficult situation'.
The admission from the leader of Europe's biggest economy prompted fresh fears about the collapse of the single currency.
In the gravest sign yet of the international threat posed by Greece’s crippling debt crisis, Mrs Merkel warned for the first time that the eurozone faces a ‘ dangerous’ period.
