Geheime afspraken over opheffen financile soevereiniteit eurolanden in 2013
Het einde van de financile soevereiniteit van Nederland en alle andere euro lidstaten is nabij. In het tot nu toe geheim gehouden ontwerpverdrag voor het in 2013 in te voeren Europese Stabiliteits Mechanisme (ESM) krijgt een speciale, niet democratisch gekozen raad van Europese 'gouverneurs' de volledige zeggenschap over het bedrag dat de afzonderlijke euro lidstaten moeten bijdragen om de financile stabiliteit van de eurozone te waarborgen. Dat betekent dat de permanente overdracht van miljarden belastingeuro's van Noord Europese lidstaten zoals Duitsland, Nederland, Frankrijk en Finland naar Zuid Europa een vastbesloten feit is.
In juni 2013 wordt de drie jaar eerder opgerichte Europese Financile Stabilisatie Faciliteit (ESFS) en het vorige maand geschapen Europese Financile Stabilisatie Mechanisme (EFSM of Euro-Reddingsfonds) vervangen door het nieuwe Europese Stabilisatie Mechanisme (ESM). Het basiskapitaal van dit ESM wordt verhoogd naar „ 700 miljard en heeft als doel de schulden van de in financile problemen geraakte lidstaten te verminderen. Hiervoor kunnen ook staatsleningen worden opgekocht. Niet onbelangrijk en een onmiskenbaar teken aan de wand: De hoogte van het ESM kan naar believen naar boven worden bijgesteld.
Duisland (27,1% = „ 190 miljard) en Frankrijk (20,3% = „ 142) miljard zijn de grootste bijdragers aan het nieuwe ESM. Iedere euro lidstaat zal een gouverneur afvaardigen, die samen met zijn collega's de zeggenschap krijgt over de financile verdeling van de ESM gelden. Dat betekent niets minder dat de parlementen -ook de Tweede Kamer- de controle over waar het nationale belastinggeld aan besteed moet worden kwijtraken. Met andere woorden: onze financile soevereiniteit zal in juni 2013 worden beindigd.
Nederland natuurlijk weer nettobetaler
Naast een gouverneur stelt ieder land ook een plaatsvervangende gouverneur en een directeur plus plaatsvervangende directeur aan. Alleen al de personeelskosten van deze nieuwe ESM-instelling, die parallel aan het IMF zal functioneren, zullen gezien de uiterst royale salarissen die Brussel zijn ambtenaren betaalt ongetwijfeld astronomisch zijn. Hoofdkwartier van de ESM gouverneurs zal waarschijnlijk het ministaatje Liechtenstein worden.
De in problemen verkerende landen Itali (17,9% = „ 125 miljard), Spanje (11,9% = „ 83 miljard), Portugal (2,5% = „ 17 miljard) en Griekenland (2,8% = „ 19 miljard) moeten op papier ook meedoen, maar krijgen vanwege hun financile moeilijkheden een veelvoud van hun inleg uit het ESM fonds terug. Zoals sinds de oprichting van de EU gebruikelijk is zullen Duitsland en Nederland tot de grootste netto betalers gaan behoren. Duitsland heeft ondanks zijn AAA status zelf echter een schuld van „ 2 biljoen (in totaal zelfs „ 7 biljoen aan financile verplichtingen).
ESM controleert zichzelf
Nalatige betalers kunnen door het ESM worden aangemaand om tijdig aan hun financile verplichtingen te voldoen. Hoe dit in praktijk moet met landen zoals Griekenland, die feitelijk bankroet zijn, weet echter niemand. Het ESM kan in ieder geval 'vrijelijk' en 'naar behoefte' beschikken over de bijdragen van de lidstaten beschikken. Ook kredieten van banken en financile instellingen mogen worden opgekocht en tevens mag er eventueel een reservefonds worden opgericht. Op de vraag wie het huishoudboekje van de ESM gouverneurs gaat controleren volgt een typisch Brusselse oplossing: de gouverneursraad zelf benoemt drie 'competente' leden die dit gaan doen. Kortom: men controleert zichzelf, en dat betekent dus geen controle.
ESM tegen grondwet
Alle medewerkers van het ESM zullen tot strikte geheimhouding worden verplicht. Ook zullen alle gouverneurs, directeuren, plaatsvervangers en ander personeel immuniteit van iedere vorm van rechtsvervolging krijgen, ook als er sprake is zware (financile) misdrijven. Gezien het feit dat de woorden 'Brussel' en 'fraude' sinds de oprichting van de EEG en de EU synoniemen zijn geworden, valt niet moeilijk voor te stellen waarom deze immuniteit wordt ingesteld. Ook het feit dat het ESM verdrag zonder de toestemming van het volk in werking zal worden gesteld en in strijd is met in ieder geval de Duitse grondwet is tegenwoordig typerend voor het dictatoriale leiderschap van Europa, dat met de totale afbraak van onze vrije, soevereine en democratische rechtsstaten steeds meer haast lijkt te willen maken.

De Europese Centrale bank heeft afgelopen week voor 14,3 miljard euro aan staatsobligaties opgekocht. Een week eerder schafte de bank voor 22 miljard euro aan staatspapier aan, een recordbedrag.

Van welke landen de ECB obligaties opkoopt blijft geheim, maar waarschijnlijk koopt de bank vooral papier van Spanje en Itali.
Rente
Door onzekerheid over de stabiliteit van deze landen liep de rente op staatsobligaties van deze landen enkele weken geleden snel op. Door de beslissing van de ECB daalde de rente weer. Dit betekent dat de obligaties meer waard worden.
Ook kan de bank hebben ge”nvesteerd in obligaties van zwakke eurolanden als Griekenland, Portugal en Ierland.
Opkopen
De ECB is vorig jaar begonnen met het opkoopprogramma voor staatspapier. Onlangs is er na een pauze van 19 weken weer begonnen met het opkopen van staatsschuld.
Op de eurotop in juli is afgesproken dat het noodfonds EFSF (European Financial Stability Facility) ook staatsobligaties mag opkopen. Als alle parlementen van de lidstaten hier mee hebben ingestemd, kan het EFSF de taak van de ECB overnemen.

Niet voor het 1 of ander, maar uh, het is bijna 2012 en het gaat dus steeds slechter, ben benieuwd wat ons allemaal te wachten staat dit komende jaar, het brengt weinig goeds volgens mij! :(

De aanzet tot de afbraak van onze souvereiniteit is al gedaan.
De ECB kan verplichtingen aangaan en de landen dwingen een deel daarvan op hun balans te zetten.
Daar kan ons Parlement, ondanks hun stoere taal, niks aan doen.
JanKees heeft zich maar te schikken!
Het gaat nu naar een volledige Politieke Unie met een Europese Belasting.
Die trend zet zich door en niemand van onze Tweede Kamer heeft dat in de gaten.
De enigen die, zonder van de hoed of de rand te weten,tegen zijn: zijn de SP en de PVV.
Het is jammner dat Wilders noch Roemer de essentie van de Europese voorstellen door hebben. |

Zijn ze dan allemaal zo dom daar in Den Haag RD? Als dat zo is, waarom verdienen die mensen dan van die giga salarissen? MAAR, als dat zo is, is het ook duidelijk waarom dit land totaal naar de knoppen aan het gaan is met dit soort heldere lichten!

| Alleen Belgi is hiervoor - volgens Bolkestein -, dus we hoeven ons nergens bezorgd over te maken. Ik ben voor het opheffen van de financile soevereiniteit, maar dan in een heel andere context. Nederland, Luxemburg, Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Finland, Zweden, Noorwegen, Denemarken en Zwitserland in n monetaire unie met Amsterdam of Berlijn als hoofdstad. |

Ik denk dat die tijd zal komen. Het cultuurverschil met de mediterrane landen is zo groot dat we daar niet mee kunnen samenwerken. Iedereen praat nu over Griekenland, maar feitelijk is Itali de grote boosdoener. Dat land hadden ze nooit moeten toelaten tot de eurozone en dan zou Griekenland ook zijn uitgesloten. Hoe dan ook, de ineenstorting van de euro op dit moment zou een financile catastrofe worden waar de jaren '30 in zouden verbleken. Zeker voor Nederland dat voor 85% afhankelijk is van het buitenland.
Nederland moet langzaam aan werken aan een nieuw monetair stelsel. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat ze daar nu al mee bezig zijn. We moeten in ieder geval de inflatie beteugelen want anders zou dat catastrofale gevolgen hebben voor de oudere mensen die hun hele leven gespaard hebben voor een goed pensioen. Die mogen niet de dupe worden van het wanbeleid van politici, bankiers en financile instellingen. |

| Het begint al in Frankrijk. Daar proberen pompbediendes je over te halen nieuwe olie te kopen omdat je olie is verbrand. Daarna Itali waar je standaard belazerd wordt en je ruitenwissers mee moet nemen als je ergens iets gaat eten. |

De ECB kan verplichtingen aangaan en de landen dwingen een deel daarvan op hun balans te zetten.
Dat kan de ECB NIET en gaat in dat geval z'n mandaat te buiten. Ook de EUverdragen sluiten expliciet financiele steun/dwingelandij aan elkaar uit.
Dat de EU/ECB vooral bezig is met het tegen beter weten in doordrukken van een superstaat is dan ook niks nieuws, voor links en de schuldenlanden een must en dat heeft de PVV kennelijk wel door en de SP leeft zoals altijd vooral in illusies zoals bv ook comment hierboven laten zien (landen die geen euro/gezamenlijke munt hebben en 'm ook niet willen in een of andere utopisch wangedrocht fantaseren).
De politiek weet donders goed hoe de fin.econ. vlag erbij hangt maar heeft de moed (nog) niet om te doen wat nodig is - en ze zijn helaas de enigen niet.  |

| Vergeet het oostblok niet. Doe alle brieven zelf op de post, geef ze nooit aan de gastvrouw af want de kans is aanwezig dat ze de postzegels er afweekt voor eigen gebruik en de post weggooit. Dat valt natuurlijk nooit te bewijzen maar ik vond het opmerkelijk dat een stapel kaarten die in Hongarije op de post zouden worden gedaan niet aankwam. Niet n. Teruggaan om verhaal te halen doe je niet want dan zit je al lang en breed in Nederland. Ik neem aan dat dat wordt ingecalculeerd door de boosdoeners. |

| Armoede is van invloed op mentaliteit. Kijk naar de Nederlanders zelf. Rijke Nederlanders staan heel anders in het leven dan arme Nederlanders. Toch hebben ze dezelfde genen. |

Duitse oud kanselier Schrder wil Verenigde Staten van Europa
Ook oud minister Gerrit Zalm doet met drogredenen duit in het zakje
De Duitse bondskanselier Merkel en de Franse president Sarkozy werken volledig mee aan de totstandkoming van het 'Fourth Reich', het Vierde Rijk: een Europese superstaat.
Het is al tientallen jaren de gewoonte dat invloedrijke oud-politici veel meer onthullen over de werkelijke plannen van de politieke machtselite dan tijdens de periode dat ze zelf nog aan de top stonden. Dit geld zeker ook voor de Gerhard Schrder, die tussen 1998 en 2005 bondskanselier van Duitsland was en zijn land destijds de eurozone in dwong. Schrder, lid van de SPD (de Duitse PvdA), heeft gisteren opgeroepen tot de vorming van een 'Verenigde Staten van Europa' om in de toekomst nieuwe grote economische crises te voorkomen. Het hoge woord is eruit: dit is waar onze overheden en regeringen naartoe werken en waar de huidige crisis toe zal leiden. En grote sociaal-fascistische Europese superstaat, ontdaan van vrijwel iedere vorm van democratie en geregeerd en gedicteerd vanuit Brussel.
'De huidige crisis laat heel duidelijk zien dat we geen gemeenschappelijke valutazone zonder gemeenschappelijk fiscaal, economisch en sociaal beleid kunnen hebben,' aldus Schrder. 'Daarom zullen we onze nationale soevereiniteit moeten opgeven. De Europese Commissie moet een regering worden waar het Europese Parlement op toeziet. En dat betekent de Verenigde Staten van Europa.'
'Crisis maakt weg vrij voor politieke Unie'
Schrder verwelkomde het initiatief van de huidige bondskanselier Angela Merkel en de Franse president Sarkozy om in 2012 een economische regering op te zetten en dus een fiscale unie te creren. 'Duitsland en Frankrijk hebben hiermee, als het serieus bedoeld is en er een geschikte autoriteit zoals een Europese minister van Financin komt, een sterk signaal afgegeven,' verklaarde Schrder. 'Dit is de juiste weg vooruit en een voorwaarde voor de juiste financiering: eurobonds. En groot obligatiemarkt zou niet langer door speculanten kunnen worden opgesplitst.'
In Duitsland, dat minder rente hoeft te betalen over staatsleningen dan de meeste andere euro lidstaten, is er echter veel verzet tegen de invoering van Europese staatsobligaties, omdat dit een permanente welvaartsoverdracht van Noord Europa naar het verkwistende Zuid Europa zou betekenen. Eerdere Europese mechanismes om deze landen zich aan de regels te doen houden hebben nooit gewerkt en werden stelselmatig genegeerd en straffeloos overtreden, met de huidige ellende in Griekenland, Itali, Portugal, Ierland en Spanje als gevolg.
'Deze crisis is een grote mogelijkheid om van Europa een politieke unie te maken,' vindt Schrder echter, die uitlegde dat Europa alleen kan concurreren met de VS en Azi als het volledig verenigd is. Volgens hem is Groot Brittanni het grootste struikelblok om tot deze USE of VSE -door critici het 'Vierde Rijk' genoemd- te komen. 'Dat land geeft de grootste problemen. Het is geen lid van de eurozone maar de Britten willen wel altijd meedoen met het ontwerpen van de Europese economische ruimte. Dat werkt niet.' (1) Oud premier Margaret Thatcher, verklaard tegenstander van meer Europese integratie, voorspelde het al: 'Europa is geketend aan een nieuw verenigd en dominant Duitsland. Corruptie en machtsmisbruik
De socialist Schrder is in eigen land inmiddels weinig geliefd vanwege onder andere het feit dat hij als kanselier een miljardencontract afsloot met de Russische aardgasgigant Gazprom, en na zijn aftreden als bondskanselier meteen een dikbetaalde baan kreeg bij datzelfde Gazprom. Daarnaast wist Schrder via de rechter af te dwingen dat andere politici hier geen openlijke kritiek (meer) op mochten leveren (2). Over corruptie en machtsmisbruik gesproken... kortom: een echte Europese politicus dus.
De drogredenen van Gerrit Zalm
Hetzelfde geldt voor 'onze' oud minister Gerrit Zalm, die nu als topman van de met miljarden Nederlands belastinggeld genationaliseerde ABN-AMRO bank fungeert en dit weekend meende het land met misleidende drogredenen bang te moeten maken voor een eventuele exit uit de eurozone. Zalm, samen met oud premier Wim Kok schuldig aan het tegen een veel te lage omwisselkoers uitleveren van Nederland aan de eurozone, pleit net als Schrder voor een onafhankelijke autoriteit om de begrotingen van de diverse lidstaten te handhaven (3). Met andere woorden: een fiscale unie, de eerste en belangrijkste voorwaarde voor de volgende stap: een politieke unie.
Zalms argumenten zijn eenvoudig te ontkrachten door te wijzen op landen zoals Zwitserland, Polen, Denemarken en Zweden die de euro niet hebben ingevoerd en die het in de afgelopen 10 jaar (veel) beter hebben gedaan dan de eurozone en tevens een lagere inflatie kenden. Ook de Nederlandse export deed het verhoudingsgewijs beter toen we nog gewoon de gulden hadden.
Fiscale Unie al lang gepland
Dat er desondanks toch gepleit wordt voor een fiscale unie en de invoering van eurobonds komt omdat dit vanaf dag n van de oprichting van de eurozone de bedoeling is geweest. Het maakt daarbij niet uit dat kredietbeoordelaar Standard & Poors nu al verklaard heeft eurobonds de laagst mogelijke rating (CC) te geven (4), wat betekent dat heel Europa fors meer zal moeten betalen voor nieuwe staatsleningen. Het betekent eveneens een scherpe daling van de levensstandaard van de Europeanen - behalve natuurlijk van de (oud) politici en banktopmannen die de dienst uitmaken en dan ng meer macht zullen bezitten.
Is er nog hoop?
De enige hoop die we als nog enigszins vrije burgers nog kunnen hebben is dat de huidige crisis z snel uit de hand loopt, dat zelfs de politieke en financile machtselite een ongecontroleerde ineenstorting van de eurozone niet meer kunnen voorkomen. Op de pijnlijke puinhopen van het huidige, naar een totalitaire en onderdrukkende Unie toewerkende globalistische systeem kan dan mogelijk iets nieuws geschapen worden, bij voorkeur een directe democratie, waarbij eindelijk weer eens geluisterd wordt naar wat de burgers willen. Zo niet, dan zullen we onze (klein)kinderen later moeten uitleggen waarom wij onze vrijheid, soevereiniteit en welvaart vrijwel zonder protest en verzet uit handen hebben gegeven.

The Nazis and Fascists who founded the European Union and their influence today’
There has been a coup against the people of Britain and those nation-states of Europe which were liberated from Fascism in 1945 and from Communism in 1989. This has been a coup against the sovereignty of the voters, the very definition of democracy. Those who sought to destroy democratic sovereignty knew they could not succeed if they were open about their intentions. And they could not succeed if they attempted their coup within one democratic system. They therefore acted behind the democratic system and across national borders. They established in the European Union a bureaucratic corporatist state so monolithic that most can be intimidated into silence by the very size of the project, and emasculated by the necessary remoteness of the powers involved.
The plans for this essentially fascist process were laid and carried out by, among others, many leading Nazis and Fascists after the second world war, and realized in the European Union today. The fact that many na”ve constructors of todays Europe had good intentions does not mitigate the fact that they have summoned up the hated regimes of the fascist past and created structures built on the ashes of democratic nationhood, all of which coincides with the plans of the very Euroepan fascists they thought they were expunging.
Now that their hitherto secret aim of turning the democratic nation-states of Europe into a gigantic corporatist empire is imminent, the new dictators have grown bold. Now they can act as if the voters do not exist, for they know the voters have no power. Although the European Constitution was thrown out comprehensively by the people of France and the Netherlands, it has been reintroduced in the form of the so-called Lisbon Treaty, and EU governments have been intimidated into avoiding referenda of their peoples. Having blocked such referenda, the European Commission had the unmitigated gall to launch a new initiative under the heading Debate Europe: Giving Citizens a Voice.’ Ninety-five percent of the member states of the European Union denied their peoples the right to vote on the massive loss of democratic rights in the Lisbon Treaty. No wonder that according to Eurobarometer tests of public opinion, only 50% of the people of the European Union now support the European Union at all. Even more disgracefully, the Irish may have changed their minds on Lisbon because they were frightened by the collapse of their economy. How ironic, because that collapse was due to German financial exploitation of their banks and because Irish membership of the Euro prevented them from controlling their own exchange rate and interest rates in a recession. The Lisbon Treaty establishes a new legal country to which EU member states are subservient. It makes future constitutional change possible even without consulting them. It removes the EUs founding principle of free and undistorted trade. It both bans and then reintroduces the death penalty for riots and upheavals, permits the restrictions of rights and freedoms to serve the interests of the European Union, and allows EU armed fores to enter any country. The Irish, destroyed by the Euro and under intolerable pressure, voted yes to all that. The European Union now knows that all they have to do to finish off the constitutions of EU member states is to finish off their economies first. And frightened voters will then kowtow.
The European Union is based on the Nazi plans of 1941, published as they were in Berlin in 1942. The EU was founded by, among others, leading Nazis and Fascists, as was the Charlemagne Prize, awarded to Tony Blair, Edward Heath, Roy Jenkins and others for their role in removing democratic sovereignty from the nation-states of Europe. As in the 1940s, weve witnessed today the breakup of Yugoslavia, and Czechoslovakia and the re-creation of the petty states of Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Albanian Kosovo. These states were all Nazi allies during the 1940s and each provided Germany with a full Waffen SS division.
Europes post-war leaders have repeated virtually word for word the beliefs of the leaders of Fascism in the 1930s an 1940s. The European Union has promoted and funded the ethnic cleansing of a million Europeans in the Balkans, mostly Serbs, Jews and gypsies. From Croatia, Kosovo and Bosnia, realizing the ambitions of fascist organizations in those countries. It is of course the European Union, embraced by both Labor, liberal democrat and conservative parties alike, which has resurrected Croatia, a country with the most blatant fascist traditions in Europe, whose football supporters today form swastikas on the terraces and whose leading pop star calls himself Thompson, after a machine gun used against the Serbs, and whose supporters give Nazi salutes. Croatia was of course guilty of the greatest ethnic cleansing in Europe for decades, when they drove some 300,000 Serbs out of their historic homeland in the Krajina in 1995. The links between Croatian fascists and German Nazis in the modern day is well documented. I quote here from a book Fuhrer-Ex, written by Ingo Hasselbach, a former German neo-Nazi who was intimately involved with German Nazis and Croatian fascists as Croatia fought to break up Yugoslavia throughout the 1990s. In this they have an indirect support of the German Army and the German government, who of course were President Tudjmans principal backers and the first to recognize the illegally created state of Croatia in 1991. Hasselbach writes:
The then government in Croatia under President Franjo Tudjman was reviving the tradition of the Ustashi and in many other ways honoring the former fascists. Units of the Croatian Army were flying swastika flags and many more were flying the old Croatian fascist symbol. Croatia had become the first European government since World War II to openly embrace these symbols. All of the West German neo-Nazis saw it as a powerful opportunity, but Nero Reisz, the barking anti-Semite from Hesse, was particularly pleased. The problem for him was that there werent enough Jews being killed, but Serbs would do.
There are today 27 former nation-states of Europe who have no constitution, no elected government, and citizens who can be arrested and passed from country to country without prima facie evidence of any crime or recourse to the traditional protections of jury trial or habeas corpus. How has this happened and who is responsible?
You only really know a political institution by the kind of people who support it. By that measure alone, the fascist origins of the European Union are difficult to deny. I set out here the names of the prominent Nazis and Fascists of the 1930s and 1940s who then became prominent political leaders of European countries and of the European Union itself, where they helped to construct the European state which rules us today.
Walter Hallstein. Hallstein was State Secretary for Foreign Affairs under Eisenhower. He established the Hallstein Doctrine which denied diplomatic recognition to those states which recognized East Germany. He had been a member of many leading Nazi organizations, the most significant of which were the National Socialist University Lecturers Association–where he qualified as a Nazi leadership officer, enabling him to join the army as an officer in 1942. And he was also a member of the National Socialist League for Protection of the Law–Such organizations were not like being a mere member of the Nazi Party. They were central cadres of Nazi rule, to which only the most committed would have been admitted. The French president General De Gaulle summed up Hallstein in the following words: If Dr. Hallstein is a convinced European, it is because he is first and foremost an ambitious German.’
His ambition during the Nazi period was evident from his intimate involvement in the preservation of Nazi doctrine in universities and the promotion of Nazism in German law.

Paul Henri Spaak. Spaak joined the Belgian national government as foreign minister in 1936 and with Henri de Man developed the Belgian National Socialist Party. One of his notable acts was to refuse assistance to the legal Spanish Republican government then locked in civil war with Francos Fascists. In 1938, Spaak said, Some people wish to lead us into a policy of solidarity with the democracies against the Fascist states. I refuse to stick to such a policy. He concluded, If Great Britain and France want to help Czechoslovakia by invading Germany through Belgium, they will be treated as invaders.’ In fact, as the memoirs of Sir Alexander Cadogan, the pre-war British cabinet minister, note, that is exactly how the British forces seeking to defend Belgium against the invading Nazis were treated.
Paul Henri Spaak became one of the EUs founding fathers and secretary general of NATO.
Walter Funk. Funk joined the Nazi Party in 1931 and promptly became not only Hitlers personal economic adviser, he was also Reich press chief and minister under Goebbels of the Propaganda Ministry. And finally, he became the Reichs economics minister in 1938. He was the principal liaison man between the Nazi Party and the large industrialist group from whom he obtained financial and political support on Hitlers behalf. On the 3rd of December 1938 Funk again advanced the policy of economic extermination by signing a decree which provided that owners of Jewish enterprises could be ordered to sell or liquidate their enterprises. Jews could be ordered to sell and were prohibited from acquiring any real estate. Jews were forced to deposit all stocks, mining shares, bonds and other securities with specially designated banks, and accounts had to be marked Jewish.’
Funk was convicted at the Nuremberg trials. And on his release in 1957 he was employed by the Lower Saxony Education Ministry, where he helped to propagate the new European economic community to German schools and universities. Although Funk died in 1960, his blueprint for the European economic community, drawn up in Berlin in 1941, is virtually indistinguishable from the structure of todays European Union.
Hans Josef Globke. By now youll have gathered that most of the Nazifunctionaries continued in public life, either as officials or as politicians. Dr. [Konrad] Adenauer, Germanys post-war chancellor, appointed a man called Globke as his state secretary, that is director of the Chancellors Office in Bonn. Globke was the man who had drafted the Nuremberg race laws. It was on Globkes advice that Adenauer made his senior appointments. Globke helped to formulate the emergency legislation that gave Hitler unlimited dictatorial powers in 1933. He had also written a law commentary on the new Reich Citizenship Law, the Nuremberg race laws which revoked the citizenship of German Jews.
After the war, Globke became director of the Federal Chancellery of West Germany, between 1953 and 1963, and as such was one of the closest aides to Federal Chancellor Konrad Adenauer during the plans for and foundation of the European Union. Globkes key position as a national security adviser to Adenauer and his involvement in anti-Communist activities in post-war West Germany made both the West German government and CIA officials wary of exposing his Nazi past. This led for instance to the withholding of Adolf Eichmanns alias from the Israeli government and Nazi hunters in the late 1950s, and CIA pressure in 1960 on Life Magazine to delete references to Globke from its recently obtained Eichmann memoirs.
Alcide De Gasperi. The then journalist De Gasperi belonged to that Catholic world of the early days of the Mussolini Regime in Italy with which the Vatican collaborated and maintained close contact. On the day Mussolini came to power, truckloads of nuns paraded through the streets of Rome giving the Fascist salute, which indicates the attitude of the Vatican in which De Gasperi worked in the 1930s. He was librarian in the Vatican as it became the first state to recognize the Nazi regime and sign its notorious 1934 Concordat with Hitlers Germany.
Even during the Nazi occupation, De Gasperi was involved in intrigues against parts of the Resistance in order to break up left-wing Catholicism and Communist partisans. In 1943 as the war turned against the Fascist powers, De Gasperi tried to reinvent himself by founding the Italian Christian Democrat Party. After becoming Italian president in December 1945, De Gasperi pleaded for an end to the criminal prosecution of Mussolinis Fasicst supporters. In 1952 he was awarded the Nazi-founded Charlemagne Prize, the principal prize for those constructing the European Union.
Lady Diana Mosley.

Like several aristocratic families and like so many politicians of all parties during the 1930s, the Lady Mosley was charmed by Fascism. Like Lloyd George, she admired Hitler. Like the liberal Lord Lothian or the socialist Arnold Toynbee she would certainly have joined a Nazi-based government of Britain. Like Labors Lord Allen of Hurtwood, she would have argued for a little more African colonies for the German Reich. And like conservative Sir Samuel Hoare, she would have tried to get rid of Churchill in order to prevent war. Her husband, Sir Oswald Mosley, founded a Fascist newspaper called The European. Lady Diana Mosley in an interview with the BBC shortly before her death poured scorn on British Euro-skeptics and gave total support to the European Union. Strange that the BBC should so recently interview a lifelong Fascist. But perhaps not, when we consider that the BBC kept Churchill off the air for 28 months, between 1937 and 1939.
Alfred Toepfer, the founder of the Alfred Toepfer Foundation. Toepfers business interests in the 1940s provided slake lime for the mass graves in the Lodz Ghetto and was involved in the industrial exploitation of occupied France. In the final days of the war, Heinrich Himmler and other leading Nazis gathered at Toepfers estate, Kalkhorst, a Nazi Reich leadership school. Foreign collaborators with the Nazis were trained to take over governorships of the German Reich in the conquered Euro states. The founder himself, Toepfer gave race lectures at Kalkhorst. After the war Toepfer supported financially Thies Christopherson, the author of the book The Auschwitz Lie, which denied the extermination of the Jews. The Toepfer Foundation has since the war demanded further compensation for their lost Nazi land in the east. The former Nazi possessions comprise several hundred hectares and are the subject of dispositions made by the 1945 Potsdam Agreement. The Toepfer Foundation today has claimed the protection of the European Human Rights Convention. The foundation is today a highly influential political movement. The notorious foundation belongs to an influential group of German ethno-organizations and enjoys direct contact with the German government. Former Minister of State in the German chancellery Christina Weiss, social democrat, worked under the auspices of the Toepfer Foundation.
Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. Originally the German Prince Tualiper Bisterford. Prince Bernhard, who was the co-founder of the Bilderberg Group and one of the original promoters of the European Union had also been an SS intelligence officer before the war. He had been attached to the Nazi conglomerate I.G. Farben, which promoted Nazi interests around the world and spied for the German state. I.G. Farben was so dangerous that it was broken up by the Allies after the war. Although many of its successor parts like the ASF are particularly active in promoting the European Union today.
This information about Bernhard and the company he worked for was confirmed by evidence of Max Ilgner, the former head of I.G. Farben, at his trial in Nuremberg. Despite continuous denials after the war that he had ever been a Nazi Party member, Bernhard was revealed in 1995 thanks to details released from U.S. archives and published in the Netherlands to have been a member of the Nazi Party, from an early date, along with no fewer than 11 members of his family. A copy of his resignation letter is in the national archives in Washington, DC. The letter ended ŽHeil Hitler. Hardly a renunciation of Nazism.
According to many, including British academic Dr. Richard Aldrich, Prince Bernhards Bilderberg Group was far more important than the European movement in creating the European Union.
George McGhee, later ambassador to Germany, and who in fact had been my fathers tutor at Oxford in the 1930s confirmed that the Treaty of Rome which brought the European Community into being was nurtured at Bilderberg meetings. There was an interesting British press cover-up in 2002 when The Daily Telegraph printed an obituary of Prince Claus of the Netherlands on the 8th of October. Mention was made of his father-in-law, Prince Bernhard, having steered clear of the Nazis in the 1930s. I wrote an obituary letter pointing out Prince Bernhards longstanding membership in the Nazi Party, his role as an SS intelligence officer attached to I.G. Farben etc etc. The editor referred me to the letters editor but she refused to publish the letter. After detailed correspondence with Charles Moore of The Daily Telegraph, the paper still refused to publish the facts, i.e. to correct their complete falsehood about Prince Bernhard. The Times, The Daily Mail and The Evening Standard refused to cover the story.
Kurt Georg Kiesinger. Kiesinger was an early member of the Nazi Party, and as early as 1934 became a member of the Sturmabteilung [SA storm troopers]. In April 1940 he joined the German Foreign Office andbecame the head of the department responsible for the Nazis radio propaganda, not a function left to anyone other than a convinced Nazi. He was responsible for propaganda in the occupied territories, promoting the German military and political forces in France, Belgium and Greece, where he broadcast via the Nazi Radio Patrice, encouraging chaos, murder and sabotage by the population against the Greek state.
Despite his consistent representation of the Nazi totalitarian state, after the war in 1945, and with the support of two Nazi colleagues in the German Foreign Office, he was able to take up his career again. The German Foreign Office was notorious under Adenauer as having hundreds of Žformer Nazis long after the war.
In 1966 Kurt Georg Kiesinger, as leader of the German Christian Democrat Party, became chancellor of Germany.
