I read an article about the party's new advertising campaign which depicts a new leader coming from the heavens as a reincarnation of Pim and also that Pim's brother has expressed his outrage. I have visited the LPF site but my poor Dutch skills prevent me from reading much. Can anyone tell me what is going on with the party these days? Also if someone could give me some good links to English language sites on the socio-political goings on in Nederland I would greatly appreciate it. Dank U Vel,

To my opinion, as a former LPF member, this party has changed her name only. The 'old' LPF exploded into two or three new groups: EenNL (one Netherland), PvN (party for Netherland) and Group Wilders (although not a 'Fortuyn' party many former Fortuyn voters will support this christan/ conservative group). The old LPF, now L5F, is to my opinion 'dead' or should be history. Altough their program is not bad at all this party is filled with people without guts and charisma.
