German court tells Merkel to involve MPs in bail-out decisions

Germany's Constitutional Court Tuesday ruled that the Bundestag was not involved early enough in last year's decision to set up a permanent eurozone bail-out fund. The judgement increases legal constrains on Chancellor Merkel ahead of an EU summit likely to set out future integration steps for the eurozone.
